Classes are usually in 6 week blocks or terms. The next term begins on Monday the 15th of April. Class times are as follows:

- Introductory level 1 is for newcomers to Yoga and Iyengar Yoga.
- Introductory level 2 is suitable for students who have some experience of Iyengar Yoga and are looking to progress in their established practise and can hold a steady head balance.
- The Monday morning recuperative class is for students requiring a slower, more gentle practice, using props to maintain/sustain the Asanas/Poses.
Duration of the class is 1½ hours.
