Classes are usually in 6 week blocks or terms. The next term begins on Monday the 29th of August. Class times are as follows:

7pm – 8.30pm Beginners/introductory level 1
Tuesday 10am – 11.30am beginners/introductory level 1
7pm – 8.30pm beginners/introductory level 1
Wednesday 10am – 11.30am beginners/introductory level 1
7pm – 8.30pm beginners/introductory level 1
Thursday 7pm – 8.30pm beginners/introductory level 2
  • R Introductory level 1 is for newcomers to Yoga and Iyengar Yoga.
  • Introductory level 2 is suitable for students who have some experience of Iyengar Yoga and are looking to progress in their established practise and can hold a steady head balance.
  • The Monday morning recuperative class is for students requiring a slower, more gentle practice, using props to maintain/sustain the Asanas/Poses.
