Wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict the movement of the body, such as a T-shirt with shorts or leggings. ‘Baggy’ clothing is not recommended.
Food and Water
Yoga is a physical practise and involves inverted poses, therefore eating within 2-3 hours prior to practise is not recommended.
It is good to be hydrated for yoga, but not to drink during practice. Water is not permitted in the studio itself.
